After dealing with a leaking hot-water pipe coming through my slab and into a bedroom wall, I called H2O for a second opinion. I’m very glad I did!

Their technician arrived, took the time to carefully look at the problem, and discussed the exact same repair options I had been given by another plumbing company. I chose the less-invasive option of running a new feed line from the water heater rather than breaking up my concrete.

The technician got right to work and completely repaired the leak in about three hours, with minimal disruption to my home. The total cost was $900, compared with an estimate of approximately $1,600 for the concrete repair I had previously been quoted.

What impressed me most was that H2O listened to what I wanted, explained the options clearly, and actually solved the problem without trying to sell me a much larger and more expensive job.

From start to finish, I felt like I was dealing with people who cared about doing the job right. Professional, knowledgeable, fair, and efficient.

Called first thing in the morning because an outdoor hose bib broke and was flooding the garage. H2O Plumbing had someone at the home in under three hours. Brett did an amazing job.
